Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 9 September 2026
Please read these Terms & Conditions before using our website or placing an order. By placing an order with Heavenly Riches Limited, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Us
Heavenly Riches Limited (“Heavenly Riches”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the website heavenlyriches.com.
Company number: 10456671
Email: [email protected]
Registered office: 123-131 Bradford Street Bradford Court Business Centre, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B12 0NS
Our website offers designer fragrances, skincare, makeup, haircare, beauty accessories, fashion items, home fragrance, gift sets and selected rare or discontinued products.
2. Using Our Website
You agree to use our website lawfully and to provide accurate information when placing an order or creating an account.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use its content for unlawful purposes.
We may update, suspend or modify the website where reasonably necessary. We may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to your order will be the version in effect when you place that order.
3. Products and Descriptions
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, prices and images are accurate. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Some products may be rare, discontinued, limited-edition, older stock or testers. Where relevant, the product description will identify the product’s condition, packaging and any material differences from standard retail presentation.
Please read the individual product description carefully before purchasing. Product availability is subject to stock.
If we discover a material error in a product description or price before accepting your order, we will contact you and offer the opportunity to proceed on the corrected terms or cancel the order.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before you complete checkout.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.
If payment is declined or cannot be authorised, we may be unable to accept your order.
For international orders, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion charges or other fees. These charges are outside our control.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
We will send an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract of sale is formed when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation, unless we have already notified you that the order cannot be accepted.
We may decline or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, a material pricing or description error has occurred, or legal or shipping restrictions prevent us from supplying the product.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.
6. UK Delivery
Our current UK delivery options are:
Standard Delivery: £4.50 for orders under £50, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days.
Complimentary Standard Delivery: Available on orders of £50 or more, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days.
Express Delivery: £7.50, with next-working-day delivery aimed for, subject to dispatch and carrier availability.
Orders are normally dispatched within the timeframes stated on our Delivery & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.
We will notify you if we become aware of a significant delay. Your statutory rights concerning delivery remain unaffected.
Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you, we may charge the reasonable cost of re-delivery.
7. International Delivery
International shipping is available on selected products and destinations.
Our standard international delivery charge is £25, using Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically estimated at 5–10 working days.
International orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days.
We are unable to ship perfumes, deodorants or other products containing alcohol internationally where carrier or shipping restrictions prohibit them. Other products may also be restricted depending on their ingredients, classification or destination.
The recipient is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes and import fees, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Please check any import restrictions that apply in your destination country before ordering. If we cannot legally or safely ship an item, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
8. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and include your order number.
We ask that cancellation requests are made within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to stop the shipment.
This administrative cancellation window does not affect your statutory right to cancel an eligible distance-selling contract after delivery.
9. Returns and Statutory Cancellation Rights
For eligible items, we ask customers to notify us of a return request within 7 days of receipt and return the item within a further 7 days. This is our preferred customer-service process.
However, where UK consumer distance-selling law applies, you generally have the right to cancel an eligible order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us of cancellation.
To exercise your cancellation right, contact [email protected] with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
You may inspect goods in the same way you reasonably would in a shop. We may make a deduction for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Certain goods may be exempt from cancellation rights, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the legal conditions for that exemption are met. Any applicable restriction will be identified in the product information.
Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods are not affected.
10. Returning Goods
Please contact our Customer Care team before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions and address.
Unless the return is due to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photographs where possible so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
11. Refunds
Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, we will refund the amount required by law, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable.
If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our standard delivery option.
We will issue the refund without undue delay and within the applicable statutory timeframe. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, where permitted by law.
Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.
For returns outside statutory cancellation rights, any additional goodwill return arrangements will be confirmed by our Customer Care team.
12. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
We are responsible for supplying goods that meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
If a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes those rights.
13. Ownership and Risk
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full and the goods have been delivered.
Risk of loss or damage remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person you have identified to receive them.
If you independently arrange a carrier that we have not offered as a delivery option, risk may pass when the goods are handed to that carrier, as permitted by law.
14. Accounts and Personal Information
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please ensure that your account, billing and delivery information remains accurate.
15. Intellectual Property
The website’s design, text, images, graphics, logos and other content are owned by Heavenly Riches Limited or used under licence, unless otherwise stated.
You may use the website for personal shopping and may print or save information for your own reference. You must not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our content without permission, except where permitted by law.
16. Website Availability and External Links
We aim to keep the website available and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of websites that we do not operate.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights in relation to products purchased from us.
17. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms & Conditions or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses arising from purchases made for personal use, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
18. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption, industrial action or other circumstances that prevent normal fulfilment.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and keep you informed where appropriate. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
19. Complaints and Customer Care
If you have a question or complaint, please contact:
Please include your order number where relevant.
We aim to respond within 24 hours on working days.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections and applicable courts of your place of residence.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our business, website, products or applicable law.
Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated terms are published. Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of an order already accepted, unless required by law or agreed with you.
