Refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

• Card payments: Your bank may take additional time to make the refund available.
• PayPal payments: The refund will be returned to your PayPal account, subject to PayPal’s processing times.

Where required by law, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service, such as Express Delivery, are not refundable.
